Wake Up and See

People do not sleep long, wake up and see

How the world is changing by the minute

You must read the word yourself to agree.

As wisdom calls I pray you hear the plea

The evidence is clear with rumors of war

People do not sleep long, wake up and see.

Sin keeps you in bondage the truth sets free

It is okay if you don’t believe me

You must read the word yourself to agree.

Mother’s against daughters skirting duty

Yes, that is what the bible prophesied

People do not sleep long, wake up and see.

John the Baptist did proclaim and decree

Jesus is the light, the light of the world

You must read the word yourself to agree.

Plant yourself like the roots of an oak tree

Deep into the word to grow spiritually

People do not sleep long, wake up and see
You must read the word yourself to agree.

Let Wisdom Guide

People want to be
hip and wise in their own eyes
saying don't judge me.

Don't want to grow up
doing things just to stay young
Trying to stay a yup.

There is nothing wrong
with aging successfully
like a pretty song.

Just let wisdom guide
embrace your season and lead
give help don't mis-guide.
